It is possible to send via courier specified by the customer. Otherwise the shipment is made through the cooperating couriers with the company. The goods travel under the responsibility of the consignee.

Returns are accepted upon written confirmation by the Company & within 14 days of purchase of the product.

DELIVERY TIME:

Athens & Thessaloniki: In 3 days, if the product is in stock.

Mainland Greece: In 3-5 days, if the product is in stock.

Island Greece: In 3-7 days, if the product is in stock.

In any case, we make sure to contact you by phone to inform you of the expected cost and delivery time of your order.

The products are sent: By Courier (for parcels weighing up to 10 kg) In case our customers wish to receive their order from our headquarters, they pay only the value of the product.

Shipping costs are based on the weight and volume of the product and the place of shipment. Courier: Shipping is € 5.00 for products weighing up to 3 kg and € 1 for each additional kg.
